Man due in Scottish court charged with murder of mother Phyllis Dunleavy

The son of a Dublin woman whose body was discovered in a shallow grave in a Scottish nature reserve is to appear in court charged with her murder today.

James Dunleavy, 39, is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today.
