At least four blast bombs have been thrown at police in east Belfast, it was confirmed tonight.

At least four blast bombs have been thrown at police in east Belfast, it was confirmed tonight.

Several petrol bombs were also hurled after disturbances broke out in the Lower Newtownards Road area.
