Mermaid and merman fall in love … in SeaWorld

A mermaid and a merman have fallen in love.

Melissa Dawn and Antonio Padilla have started a blossoming romance after performing together at SeaWorld in Florida, where they team up for the 'Melissa Mermaid' act.

Melissa - who has been a pro diver at the marine park for eight years - told The Huffington Post: "From day one, there was a connection, but I didn't know what it was. I got along with everyone [at SeaWorld], but he was the only one I wanted to socialise with."
