Gardai investigating the death of Kieran Callaghan in county Donegal last Sunday are appealing for assistance in tracing his last movements.

The body of the 50 year old married father of four was found at a house in Roshin in Churchill at approximately 1.30pm.

A post mortem examination has been carried out but Gardai say the details will not be released for operational reasons.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have met, or spoken to Mr Callagahan between Thursday July 4 and Sunday July 7.

Speaking to Highland Radio, Inspector Michael Harrison appealing to anyone with information to contact Milford Garda Station.

"We're also appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious around his home at Roshin, Churchill," he said.
