Central Bank warns against unauthorised investment firm

The Central Bank has issued a warning about an unauthorised investment firm, Legacy Capital Management.

The Central Bank said that "Legacy Capital Management" has been offering investment services to members of the Irish public - but it is not authorised as an investment firm in Ireland.

A list of unauthorised firms published to date is available on the Central Bank website.

The Bank warns that consumers who deal with an investment firm which is not authorised, are not eligible for compensation from the Investor Compensation Scheme.
