Copper Face Jacks escape damages in slippery floor claim

A woman who fell and broke her arm while doing Patrick Swayze style 'Dirty Dancing' has lost an action for damages against Dublin nightclub Copper Face Jacks.

33-year-old Ciara O’Connell of Glenview Park, Tallaght, had alleged that the floor of the Harcourt Street nightclub was slippery at the time of the accident in August 2006.
