A thief tried to hide his identity with a clear plastic bag.

Jamie Neil, 41, put a polythene bag over his face, wrapped a scarf around his head and pretended his mobile phone was a gun as he attempted to rob a petrol station in Cornwall, but was caught out when his handset lit up.
