Head of Savita inquiry claims termination would have saved her

If Savita Halapannavar was given a termination, she may still be alive today, according to the head of the HSE inquiry into the circumstances surrounding her death last year.

It comes after the Health Service Executive and University Hospital Galway apologised unreservedly to Savita Halappanavar's husband Praveen and her family.
