FF Senator accuses Taoiseach of 'urinating on the Seanad'

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has been accused of "clowning around Europe" and "urinating on the Seanad".

The outburst by Fianna Fáil Senator Mark McSharry led to rowdy scenes in the upper house this afternoon.
