Motorists advised to take extra care as farming activity increases

The Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers’ Association is urging motorists to be extra careful on the roads as farming activity goes up a gear as a result of the good weather.
The association is urging all those involved in farm work and all other road users to put safety first at all times, and to be extremely vigilant.
The fine weather means there will be an upsurge in farming activity, particularly work involving tractors and other heavy machinery.
