Burton 'upset and distressed' over RTE's creche footage

The Social Protection Minister Joan Burton has said the revelation of child mistreatment at a number of creches is "extremely upsetting and distressing".

Last night's Prime Time Investigates programme showed undercover footage of young children being manhandled by some staff at two facilities in Dublin and one in Wicklow.
