A Dublin man charged with membership of the IRA has had his bail conditions varied to allow him attend a wedding where his co-accused is to be the best man.

A Dublin man charged with membership of the IRA has had his bail conditions varied to allow him attend a wedding where his co-accused is to be the best man.

Lawyers for Kevin Braney (aged 38), this morning applied to the Special Criminal Court to have the accused man’s bail varied on June 1 to allow him attend a wedding at a Dublin hotel and on June 2 to allow him celebrate his wedding anniversary at the same hotel.
