Gardaí arrest man in Waterford in connection with sexual assaults

A man in his 60s has been arrested by Gardaí in Waterford investigating a number of complaints of sexual assault.

The incidents are alleged to have taken place in the 1980s.

The man is being held at Waterford Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
