Shatter calls for report on thefts from clothing banks

The Justice Minister has asked the Garda Commission to prepare a report on the recent spate of thefts from clothing banks.

Alan Shatter said there is something particularly "nasty and callous" about the targeting of charities helping those in need - and said he was determined to protect the 'public's generous donations.'
