Both sides 'hopeful of a resolution' in bus dispute

Talks between unions and management at Bus Eireann are ongoing at the Labour Relations Commission this morning after continuing through the night.
Sources close to the talks say they are hopeful of a resolution.
The company says buses will run as normal today, after commitments were given during talks at the LRC yesterday.
Bus Eireann's Andrew McLindon he's hopeful they can reach agreement on €5m worth of cuts ahead of this mornings deadline of 10 am.
"Talks have gone through the night, it has been positive and a lot of progress has been made.
"A deal hasn't been reached but there has been progress and we still have until 10am to reach an agreement."
