Skeletal remains found in Limerick

Searches are being carried out in Limerick after human remains were discovered this morning.

A human skull and other skeletal bones were found by workers cleaning an area off the Condell Road.

The office of the State Pathologist has been notified.

A garda source said foul play is not expected at the moment, though the area remains sealed off.
