Offaly village enters Guinness Book of Records

Rhode in County Offaly has smashed into the Guinness Book of World Records.

The Offaly village has had the largest "Rock the Boat" dance with 1,451 people taking part on a

kilometre stretch of footpath.

They completed the challenge just before 7pm this evening.

It topples Armagh from the top spot, the northern county had 1,428 take part in a Rock the Boat dance back in September 2011.
