Man to go on trial for 2008 Dublin killing

A man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of David Whyte in Dublin five years ago.

Criostoir Mac Carthaigh, with an address at Leitrim Cree, Kilrush, Co. Clare was arraigned on the charge at the Central Criminal Court this morning.
