Police think theft of station biscuit tin was an inside job

A group of police officers in the UK have reported the theft of a tin of biscuits from their station.

The culprit who stole the biscuits from the police station in Heavitree Road, Exeter, is unknown but rumours have circulated that it was an inside job.
