Shatter to delay recruiting more gardaí after Croke Park deal rejected

Justice Minister Alan Shatter will delay hiring more gardaí following the rejection of Croke Park 2.

Minister Shatter said that without an agreement on the public-service pay deal, there will be no funds to pay recruits.
