Meath East Labour candidate 'launches attack on Taoiseach'

It has been reported that Labour's candidate in the Meath East by-election, Eoin Holmes, has published a leaflet attacking the Taoiseach Enda Kenny.

The leaflet, below, seems to say that a vote for Labour is a vote for change.

However, the Irish Independent has reported it as "a personal attack on the Taoiseach".
