Taoiseach: TDs can lobby property tax exemption for unfinished housing estates

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said it is open to any member of the Dáil to lobby the Environment Minister Phil Hogan to get unfinished housing estates exempt from the property tax.

Mr Kenny has again defended a massive drop in exemptions when compared to the household charge, saying half the houses not liable for the €100 payment were empty.
