Millions to switch off for 'Earth Hour' tonight

Lights will be going out all over the world tonight as part of an event to remind us to save energy and protect the planet.

Millions of people in thousands of cities are expected to take part in 'Earth Hour' at 8.30pm this evening.

Iconic buildings like the Sydney Opera House and the Taj Mahal are taking part.
