Offaly bus company owner pleads guilty of failing to maintiain bus involved in fatal crash
The owner of an Offaly bus hire company has pleaded guilty to failing to maintain a school bus that was later involved in a fatal crash.
Other charges including an allegation that the owner's failure had caused the death of 15 year old school boy Michael White have been dropped by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
