GRA: Justice Minister 'disingenuous'

The Garda Representative Association has accused the Justice Minister Alan Shatter of being "disingenuous" over the garda pay dispute.

Mr Shatter yesterday accused the GRA of disrespecting the Taoiseach Enda Kenny and not engaging in the talks process.
