Quinn Jnr may not have to sell Dublin penthouse

The High Court has heard today that IBRC may consider an alternative financial arrangement with Sean Quinn Jnr that might spare him from selling his exclusive Dublin apartment.

The son of the bankrupt businessman has offered to put the penthouse he owns with his wife Karen Woods on the market in order to purge his contempt for breaching a court order.

His lawyers are to engage in further correspondence with IBRC (formerly Anglo Irish Bank).

The son of the bankrupt businessman is also to travel to Moscow with his brother-in-law Stephen Kelly to get statements relating to bank accounts held by him and his family.
