Coveney: Burger King want to source beef from Ireland

The Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney has said he is not surprised that Burger King decided to stop sourcing their meat from Silvercrest Foods.

The fast food chain announced yesterday that it was no longer buying its burgers from the Monaghan-based plant over its involvement in the horsemeat scandal.
