Praveen Halappanavar 'not at all happy' at delay in Savita report

The husband of the late Savita Halappanavar has told the Irish Times he is "not at all happy" that a preliminary report into his wife's death has not been released.

Praveen Halappanavar met the Health Minister Dr James Reilly in Athlone this week and said he had been assured that he would receive a preliminary report before Christmas.
