Taoiseach: Ministers 'safe until July', but signals Cabinet reshuffle in late 2013

The Taoiseach has signalled a Cabinet reshuffle in the second half of next year.

Enda Kenny said the Government would be far too busy during the EU presidency to consider a ministerial shake-up, and that the members of Cabinet were "safe until July".
