McGuinness backs free vote on abortion legislation

Fianna Fáil TD John McGuinness has backed the idea of a free vote on the proposed abortion legislation.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has already ruled it out for Fine Gael TDs, but McGuinness, who is also chair of the Public Accounts Committee, believes Fianna Fáil deputies shouldn't be forced to vote with a party position.
