Former garda sent forward for trial on stolen cannabis charge
A former garda has been sent forward for trial charged with stealing cannabis from a garda station and perverting the course of justice.
Stephen Cooper of The Green, Kingswood Heights, Tallaght is charged with making false statements implicating another in the theft of a vehicle and, as a result, perverting the course of justice between August 19, 2010 and October 21, 2011.
