Tax revenues below target as Budget looms

Tax revenues have fallen behind target, it has been revealed, as Finance Minister Michael Noonan prepares to present Budget 2013 tomorrow.

Exchequer figures published this evening show that three of the four big taxes have fallen short of Department of Finance targets.
