The Central Criminal Court has heard how a 15 year-old Nigerian boy was stabbed in the heart following a row in West Dublin with 'racist undertones'.

The Central Criminal Court has heard how a 15 year-old Nigerian boy was stabbed in the heart following a row in West Dublin with 'racist undertones'.

Twenty-six-year-old Michael Barry from Pigeon House in Ringsend has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Toyosi Shittabey in Tyrrelstown two years ago.

The jury has been told Mr Barry's brother delivered the fatal knife blow, but Paul Barry has since died, and the accused man is the only person now facing charges.
