Georgian square fails to sell distressed property auction
A high-profile Georgian square in Dublin has gone unsold at the latest Allsop Space distressed property auction.
The two-acre Dartmouth Square in Ranelagh, which was being sold by a liquidator, had a reserve price of €140,000.
Businessman Noel O'Gara, who bought the property for €10,000 in 2005, once tried to open a carpark on the site.
