A man charged with throwing a rabbit in to the River Liffey intends to plead guilty, his solicitor said today.

A man charged with throwing a rabbit in to the River Liffey intends to plead guilty, his solicitor said today.

Gary Kearney will appear before Dublin District Court on Tuesday for alleged animal cruelty and torture.
