Taoiseach 'expects' EU Budget decision in January

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said he is hopeful that a new EU Budget can be agreed in the new year.

It comes after an EU summit, aimed at deciding how the EU will be funded over the next seven years, stalled overnight.
