Gilmore publishes report into 'sophisticated' fraud in Uganda aid

The Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore has published an audit report into the misappropriation of Irish Aid funds to Uganda.

Up to €4m of funds from Ireland were discovered to be missing last month, after they were sent to the Ugandan Prime Minister's office.
