Jury finds judge guilty in deception case

District Court judge Heather Perrin has been convicted of deceiving a friend into bequeathing half his estate to her children.

The 60-year-old former solicitor of Lambay Crescent, Malahide, Dublin, will be sentenced tommorow week for deceptively inducing Thomas Davis while acting as executor of his will in January 2009.
