The jury has been sent home overnight having failed to reach a verdict in the trial of a District Court judge accused of deception.

Heather Perrin (aged 60) of Lambay Crescent, Malahide, Dublin denies deciving Thomas Davis into leaving half his estate to her children in his will.

It has been alleged that the offence happened while Ms Perrin was practicing as a solicitor on January 22, 2009.
