McFeely complaint 'water under the bridge'

Lawyers for Tom McFeely admit his bitter complaint about the alleged showmanship surrounding the repossession of his Ballsbridge home is now "water under the bridge".

They are in the High Court appealing a Circuit Order granting possession of the developer's Ailesbury Road property to Nama over an unpaid mortgage loan.

Despite Mr McFeely's complaints, his legal team say they are challenging the order solely on the ground that it may be defective because if made before Mr McFeely's UK bankruptcy was annulled.
