Supreme Court ruling on referendum challenge to be heard tomorrow

The Supreme Court will rule tomorrow morning on a challenge to the Children's Referendum.

Engineer Mark McCrystal is appealing the High Court's rejection of his claim that the government is spending €1.1m of public money on a one-sided campaign designed to promote a 'Yes' vote this Saturday.
