High Court rejects referendum challenge
The President of the High Court has rejected a challenge to the Children's Referendum.
Mark McCrystal, an engineer from Kilbarrack, Dublin, took the action claiming the government is using €1.1m of public money to allegedly promote a 'Yes' vote on November 10.
The State parties refuted the claim.
President Nicholas Kearns has found the campaign neutral, balanced and with the primary aim of informing the public.
