A man is receiving hospital treatment after being airlifted off the coast of Kerry earlier this evening.

A man is receiving hospital treatment after being airlifted off the coast of Kerry earlier this evening.

It is understood the 68-year-old Irishman was climbing with friends on Carrauntoohill in the MacGillycuddy's Reeks when he slipped on a patch of ice and injured his ankle.
