McGrath licensing row to be decided in court next week

A licensing row over Masterchef judge Dylan McGrath's new restaurant venture in Dublin city will be decided by a court next Tuesday.

Rival restaurant and bar owners, including Electric Picnic founder John Reynolds, are opposed to the granting of a full pub licence to Fade Street Social - which will house 2 restaurants and a bar.

Dylan McGrath is insisting the 8-thousand square feet establishment is aimed squarely at diners rather than drinkers.
