Quinn gets emotional as daughter tells rally crowd 'this was a war'

Seán Quinn became visibly emotional during yesterday's march in support of him and his family in Ballyconnell in County Cavan.

Over 5,000 people are reported to have turned out for the rally, which was led by Quinn and his wife Patricia, along with some of their children.

Ciara Quinn told the crowd that "this was a war" and she and her siblings were the true and rightful owners of the Quinn companies, some of which have been sold off by administrators, while others have been put into liquidation.

The Concerned Irish Citizens group, which organised the march, is demanding natural justice for the Quinn family and the citizens of Ireland.
