Pair remanded in connection with theft and fraud offences

Two men have appeared in court in Kildare charged with theft and fraud offences amounting to over €8.8m.

John Duffy from Clogheen, Monasterevin in Kildare - who is a former solicitor - and Tony McAuliffe from French Furze in Kildare Town face two charges each under the theft and fraud offences act.
