Bord Gáis: Water decision up to government

The company responsible for installing water meters in homes across the country says it will be up to the government to decide whether flat-rate water charges are introduced.

Bord Gáis chief executive John Mullins says the government and the Troika will also have to discuss the exact date for the introduction of charges.
