Two arrested following Limerick cannabis seizure
Two men have been arrested in Limerick in relation to the discovery of cannabis herb and resin in the city yesterday.
Half a million euro worth of cannabis was discovered after a car was stopped on the Ballysimon Road at 1pm yesterday afternoon.
A further €130,000 worth of cannabis was recovered during a follow-up search of a house in the Rhebogue area of the city.
The men, who are in their 30s and 40s, are being detained at Henry Street and Bruff garda stations.
