Tánaiste defends Government record on health reform

Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore is defending the work of Ministers in the Department of Health.

Fianna Fáil claims there is a "fractured working relationship" between the Health Minister James Reilly and the Junior Health Minister Roisin Shortall.
