Archways: Early intervention would save state money
The state would save money in the long term by investing in early intervention for children with behavioural problems.
That's one of the key messages being highlighted at a conference in Dublin today, to examine the impact a programme called the Incredible Years has had on families dealing with aggression and serious behavioural problems in young children.
